McBride, Manley & Miiller P.C. now provides a comprehensive small business write-up package.  This package provides the small business owner with experienced part-time accounting/bookkeeping expertise without the problems associated with attempting to find and retain qualified personnel. 

For a monthly fixed fee, we will provide cash basis books of original entry through a posted detailed general ledger, monthly bank reconciliation, and all required payroll tax returns.  All of this, now provided on a timely basis by the most qualified and experienced professionals in the business.  In addition, for those who prefer to retain existing relationships for other accounting and tax related services, there is no obligation to use our other services.  We will provide paper and computerized records suitable for use by other firms.

Standard Monthly Report package includes:

  • Check/Cash receipts register
  • Detailed general ledger
  • Current month and year-to-date employee earnings records
  • All required payroll and sales tax forms
  • Bank reconciliation of primary operating account
  • a "QuickBooks" backup for client use and analysis
