Glen founded McBride - Manley & Company P.C. in 1974. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University with a minor in Economics and has been practicing public accounting since 1971. He is responsible for firm compliance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), and for business consulting services. Glen is also an expert in business valuations and job costing for manufacturing and construction entities.

Patricia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Walsh College in 1982. She has been with the firm since May of that year. Patricia is responsible for reviewing all FASB pronouncements, and reviewing financial statements for GAAP compliance. She has completed the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement programs in both Governmental Accounting and Business Valuation.

Curtis received a Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College in 2001. He is responsible for reviewing auditing standards, and all firm audit programs for compliance. Curtis is also responsible for reviewing federal, state, and local tax laws, and reviewing tax returns for law compliance and tax minimization. Curtis is currently studying in the Masters of Science in Taxation program at Walsh College.
