Glen founded McBride, Manley & Miiller P.C. in 1974. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University with a minor in Economics and has been practicing public accounting since 1971.  He is responsible for firm compliance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), and for business consulting services. Glen is also an expert in business valuations and job costing for manufacturing and construction entities.

Patricia A. Manley, C.P.A.

Vice President, Shareholder, Director of Accounting Services

Patricia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Walsh College in 1982.  She has been with the firm since May of that year.  Patricia is responsible for reviewing all FASB pronouncements, and reviewing financial statements for GAAP compliance.  She has completed the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement programs in both Governmental Accounting and Business Valuation.

Richard L. Miiller, C.P.A., M.S.T.

Treasurer, Shareholder, Tax Director

Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1992, followed by a Master's degree in Taxation from Walsh College in 1999.  He joined the firm in 1998.  Richard is responsible for reviewing federal, state, and local tax laws, and reviewing tax returns for law compliance and tax minimization.  He was previously employed as a tax compliance manager with a national C.P.A. firm in Detroit.

Curtis J. McBride, C.P.A.

Shareholder, Audit Director

Curtis received a Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College in 2001.  He is responsible for reviewing auditing standards, and all firm audit programs for compliance.  Curtis is also responsible for firm compliance with financial statement compilation and review standards.
